day one: water-logged!

even though i’ve been training and dedicated to this for the past few weeks – i’ve decided with today officially being 12-weeks out from the competition, i’m going to be ALL IN.  which means consuming a gallon of water per day!  seriously – 1 gallon = 128 oz., or to put it in perspective 16 8-oz bottles of water.  yeah….that’s a lot of water!   so needless to say i’m extremely water logged….and  then found myself in the bathroom most of the day!    seriously – i was a the gym for an hour and a half and went to the little girl’s room 2 times!  one bonus though: drinking this much water keeps you full all day – a plus when your metabolism is burning everything you eat as fast as you can eat it!  all in all – great day one: clean eating all day and great workout.  i took my ‘before’ pics too so i can track my progress over the next 12 weeks.  i will post pics soon tomorrow though…i’m headed to bed for my 8 hours sleep.  must sleep so my poor little muscles can recover fully!  the journey begins…
